I initially picked up my vehicle on January 31, but unfortunately, I had to return it the same day due to some performance issues. The shop owner, Joe, personally reached out to me that same day and was proactive in addressing my concerns. While it did take a few weeks to fully resolve the issue, either Joe or Dan explained the steps my car was going through whenever I asked. Throughout the process, Joe was communicative and ensured that my vehicle was properly taken care of. In the end, the problem was resolved, and I truly appreciate the effort and dedication from Joe and his team.
